The senior year has definitely not ended the way the Class of 2020 planned.  However, the administration at Scottsboro High School is working to have some special events just for seniors.  SHS Principal Rob Paradise has announced a “Senior Signing Day” set for Thursday, May 7, from 1-3 p.m.

Senior students will drive through the front of the school circle at the flagpole then out the front.  Along the way, the seniors will pick up their Class of 2020 yard sign.  There will be a photo opportunity at the courtyard in front of the school for any senior who wants to do this.

Seniors have the choice of dressing up in their Scottsboro High School gear, wearing dress up clothes, or wearing something of their choice.

Those who would like may decorate their car.  When riding through, the seniors may roll down their car windows and let everyone hear their music if they would like to share that.

Seniors are encouraged to participate so don’t stay home and miss out.  The faculty wants to see all the seniors drive through.

The teachers will be there to greet the students using socially distancing of course.  Please only pick up one sign so there will be enough for everyone.  Seniors are not to ride as a group.  Each senior must ride through individually.
