Aidan Bellomy and Skyline area ranked second in the ASWA Class 1A High School Girls Basketball Rankings.

Jackson County teams remained steady in the latest Alabama Sports Writers Association High School Basketball Rankings.

Four of the five local teams held firm at the spot they occupied last week. The lone exception was North Jackson (15-6), which moved up one spot to No. 7 in the Class 4A girls basketball rankings.

Pisgah (20-1) remained No. 1 in the Class 3A girls rankings while Skyline (18-2) remained at No. 2 in the Class 1A girls rankings.

In the boys rankings, Skyline (19-3) remained No. 2 in Class 1A while North Sand Mountain (12-6) stayed at No. 8 in 2A.

Here are the ASWA prep basketball rankings for all seven AHSAA classifications and the AISA:
