Ferguson - Velotta

 Ms. Jennifer Lynn Ferguson and Mr. Christian Dominic Velotta would like to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

  Jennifer is the daughter of the late Mrs. Tammy Darlene Ferguson and Mr. and Mrs. Billy and Patsy Ferguson of Scottsboro. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. Houston Fergerson of Huntsville, the late Mrs. Margaret McCloud Fergerson of New Hope, and the late Mrs. Cora Imogene Aaron Little of Scottsboro.

  She is a 2002 graduate of Scottsboro High School and a 2006 graduate of Northeast Alabama Community College from the pharmacy technician  Program. She is presently employed by Scottsboro Family Pharmacy.

 Nick is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Sadie Velotta of Scottsboro. He is the grandson of the late Mr. Charles Velotta, Sr. and the late Mary Velotta Distefano,

both of Alexandria, Louisiana. and the late Mr. John Arthur Lasyone and the late Mrs. Jessie Mae Lasyone Dubois, both of Colfax, Louisiana.

  He is a 1996 graduate of Scottsboro High School and a 2008 graduate of Northeast Alabama Community College with an associates degree in business. He is presently employed by Cal Dive International at the Fourchone Marine Base in Golden Meadow, Louisiana. He is also a small business owner of The Green Team.

  The wedding will be an event of Saturday, March 5, 2011 at five-thirty in the evening at Calvary Baptist Church. All family and friends are invited to attend. A private reception will follow at Plantation Pointe Clubhouse by invitation only.
