ARRESTS

MONDAY, AUG. 26

• James Allen Vaughan, 31 of Fort Payne, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Kelly Ray Tripp, 51 of Scottsboro, was arrested on two counts of bond forfeiture and charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Charles Nathan Holland, 55 of Higdon, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with six counts of failure to pay.

• Marion Clayton Hall, 25 of Scottsboro, was charged with three counts of failure to pay.

• Ronald Wayne Dotson, 67 of Scottsboro, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

TUESDAY, AUG. 27

• Laura McCain Lagle, 38 of Scottsboro, was charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest.

• Shaun Randal Allen, 32 of Pisgah, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Phillip Ray Beavers, 31 of Pisgah, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation.

• Samaje Reyes Huntley, 21 of Bridgeport, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Donald Ryan Cofield, 29 of Rainsville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Tyrek Hayes, 27 of Huntsville, was charged with a drug court violation.

• Jessica Kay Meeks, 31 of Birmingham, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation and charged with two counts of failure to appear and failure to pay.

• Cassandra Renee Southard, 36 of Woodville, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Carl Wayne Standifer, 44 of Bridgeport, was arrested on a bond revocation and charged with five counts of failure to appear.

• Patrick Tatum, 31 of Dutton, was charged with domestic violence third degree harassment.

• Vicki Lorene Williams, 50 of Flat Rock, was charged with receiving stolen property first degree.

TUESDAY, AUG. 27

• At 8:33 a.m., a report of criminal mischief third degree on Moody Ridge Road.

• At 9:27 a.m., a report of harassing communications on Market Street.

• At 11:49 a.m., a report of criminal trespassing first degree, obstructing governmental operations, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, attempt to elude and harassment in the 100 block of Winesap Drive.

• At 1:08 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 24,000 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 2:55 p.m., a report of unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft third degree in the 4,000 block of Highway 79.

• At 5:13 p.m., a report of theft second degree in the 800 block of Broad Street.

• Jerry William Vaughn, 40 of Fort Payne, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Bobby Lee Price, 42 of Scottsboro, was ordered to serve 48 hours in the city jail.

• Jerry Eugene Walker, 38 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.

• Qutasha Burnett, 42 of Huntsville, was charged with failure to appear.

• Thomas Flippo, 33 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

 

SATURDAY, AUG. 24

• Jacob William Alton Dupree, 22 of Scottsboro, was charged with DUI.

• Allen Keith Holcomb, 34 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of marijuana second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of open container law.

• Colton Seth Cuzzort, 25 of Dawson, was charged with failure to appear.

• John Alex Albright, 56 of Henagar, was charged with failure to appear.

• Lisa Turner, 20 of Section, was charged with violation of protection order.

• Dillon Roy Jones, 20 of Scottsboro, was charged with violation of protection order.

• Jerry Eugene Walker, 39 of Scottsboro, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• Kevin Tyler Rasch, 29 of Dunlap, Tennessee, was charged with DUI.

• Hollis Lee Hutchins, 42 of Stevenson, was charged with failure to appear.

• Dustin Kyle Baugh, 26 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

MONDAY, AUG. 26

• Latrekia Jones, 31 of Scottsboro, was ordered to serve five days in city jail.

• Cameron Lee Tolbert, 26 of Pisgah, was charged with failure to appear.

• Amy Nicole Thackerson, 38 of Rainsville, was charged with failure to appear.

TUESDAY, AUG. 27

• Alvin DeWayne Paschal, 36 of Langston, was charged with obstructing governmental operations.

• Christy Michelle Shumake, 29 of Scottsboro, was charged with obstructing governmental operations and harassment.

• Jeffery Wayne Bearden, 42 of Jasper, Tennessee, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• Kristina Lynne Scales, 43 of Ft. Oglethorpe, Georgia, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• James Anthony Davis, 27 of Grant, was charged with failure to appear.

• Kayla Smith, 20 of Bridgeport, was charged with obstructing governmental operations, attempt to elude and criminal trespassing.
