• Lisa Ann Wilson, 51 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to pay.

• Casey Lee Peoples, 27 of Albertville, was charged with theft third degree.

• Brandon Nicholas, 34 of Section, was charged with possession of marijuana second degree.

• Dwana Ann Cosby, 38 of Scottsboro, was charged with assault third degree.

• Elijah Dale Brown, 26 of Stevenson, was arrested on two counts of bond removal and charged with burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree.

• Dustin Keith Summerford, 34 of Hollywood, was arrested on four counts of bond removal.

• Staci Clemons, 38 of Dutton, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

THURSDAY, JAN. 30

• Robert Tay Lemley, 26 of Gurley, was charged with attempt to elude.

• Bryan Neal Andrews, 28 of New Hope, was charged with failure to appear.

• Dwana Ann Cosby, 38 of Scottsboro, was charged with probation violation.

• Tommy Hammonds, 34 of Scottsboro, was charged with four counts of failure to pay.

• Jason Holcomb, 38 of Section, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Channing Lance Coker, 43, was charged with assault third degree, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Lance Nathaniel Johnson, 41 of Paint Rock, was charged with failure to appear.

• Geoffery Tyrone Nix, 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with failure to appear.

• Emily Suzanne Smith, 35 of Winchester, Tennessee, was charged with theft of property fourth degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

• Terry Eugene Stone, 60 of Scottsboro, was charged with violation of domestic violence protection order.

• Joshua Patrick Turner, 26 of Hartselle, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation.
