• Ralph Lee Billy Wayne Steed, 29 of Scottsboro, was charged with two counts of failure to pay.

• Jonathan David Brown, 38 of Madison, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with failure to appear.

• Mariana Gravitt, 19 of Rainsville, was arrested on a bond forfeiture and bond removal and charged with failure to appear and fleeing to elude.

• Jervon Raymond Kelly, 26 of Scottsboro, was arrested on three counts of probation revocation.

• Scott Edward Moore, 47 of Pisgah, was returned to county jail for court.

• Kara Leann Mullinax, 38 of Hollywood, was arrested on a bond forfeiture and bond removal and charged with failure to appear.

• William Allen Smith, 35 of Bridgeport, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with three counts of failure to pay.

• David Jerrell Steele, 56 of Fackler, was returned to county jail from rehab.

• Jack Edward Thompson, 52 of Bridgeport, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Shawn Ray Willis, 44 of Fort Payne, was returned to county jail for court.

• William Jack Pannell, 36 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Brandon Lee Rhyne, 23 of Henagar, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a pistol without a permit.

• Jimmy Franklin Holcomb III, 23 of Scottsboro, was charged with three counts with failure of the sex offender registration act.

• Bradley Dwayne Garner, 31 of Section, was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, failure to appear and two counts of failure to pay.

• Kimberly Bandelow, 53 of Section, was arrested on seven counts of bond removal.

• At 7:11 a.m., a report of duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle on Broad Street.

• At 11 a.m., a report of unauthorized use of a vehicle on Gant Road.

• At 12:39 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 1500 block of Broad Street.

• At 1:34 p.m., a report of six counts of possession of a forged instrument third degree and six counts of theft third fourth degree.

• At 2:09 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 24000 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 9:33 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree in the 3100 block of Masonic Drive.

• Helen Mercedes Bunn, 43 of Toney, was charged with failure to appear.

• Lisa Harrell Shirley, 53 of Dutton, was charged with theft fourth degree.

• Tina Marie Yeakey, 53 of Pisgah, was charged with theft fourth degree.

• Tamatha McAllister, 51 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a judge’s order.

• Rachel Michelle Hooper, 37 of Woodville, was charged with failure to appear.

• Monica Garcia, 46 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a judge’s order.
