ARRESTS

MONDAY, NOV. 18

• Isaiah Deshon Carter, 25 of Scottsboro, was charged with two counts of possession of a forged instrument first degree.

• Dennis Richard Davis, 55 of Hollywood, was charged with two counts of failure appear.

• Jennifer McCarn, 42 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Joseph William Neely, 28 of Hazel Green, was arrested for violation of release order, probation revocation and charged with failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Christopher Lee Sargent, 36, homeless, was charged with three counts of failure to appear, criminal trespassing and attempting to elude.

• Nicholas Wayne Watts, 39 of Sylvania, was charged with fleeing to elude.

• Sean Terrill Brown, 50 of Hollywood, was arrested on a capias warrant.

• Lindsey Breanne King, 26 of Henagar, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

TUESDAY, NOV. 19

• Andrew Wade Mikail Lambert, 23 of Pisgah, was charged with theft of property first degree.

• John William Dunagan, 55 of Bridgeport, was charged with three counts of failure to appear.

• Lena Katherine Ford, 29 of Woodville, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

• Danny Lee Guinn, 49 of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was charged with possession of a forged instrument third degree.

• Jared Lance Haggard, 28 of Higdon, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with escape third degree and possession of a controlled substance.

• Jason Wayne Hulvey, 37 of Fyffe, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kevin Lee Little, 39 of Scottsboro, was charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of prescription drugs and possession of marijuana.

• Jonathan Bryant Satterthwaite, 27 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a judge’s order.

• Shawnda  Renee Shipp, 47 of Bryant, was charged with failure to pay, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Roy Lee Wilks, 37 of Pisgah, was charged with menacing.

• At 7:00 p.m., a report of failure to restrain dog at the 200 Block of Cedar Hill Drive.

• At 7:09 p.m., a report of theft of property first degree at the 800 Block of Old Larkinsville Road.

• At 7:15 p.m., a report of possession of a forged instrument first degree at the 800 Block of South Broad Street.

• At 8:30 p.m., a report of theft of property first degree at the 2400 Block of Old Larkinsville Road.

• At 9:26 p.m., a report of theft of lost property third degree at the 24000 Block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 11:28 a.m., a report of domestic violence third degree in the 300 block of Holmes Street.

• At 6 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 24000 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 6:06 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 500 block of Willow Street.

• At 8:20 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 24000 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 11:04 p.m., a report of domestic violence third degree on Ridgedale Road.

• Odessa Windoro, 29 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a judge’s order.

• Tony Appleton, 48 of Scottsboro, was charged with violation of a protection order.

• Isaiah Deshon Carter, 25 of Scottsboro, was charged with two counts of possession of a forged instrument first degree.

• John Dewayne McIntire, 42 of Huntsville, was charged with failure to appear.

• Rachel Hammonds, 37 of Hollywood, was charged with failure to appear.

• Danny Lee Guinn, 49 of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was charged with possession of a forged instrument third degree.

• Michael David Haislip, 42 of Scottsboro, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• Alexus Jordan Graham, 22 of Huntsville, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• Cody Ray Nesmith, 35 of Arab, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• Matthew Edward Sargent, 26 of Rainsville, was charged with failure to appear.

• Jerome Deon Walsh, 47 of Scottsboro, was charged with domestic violence third degree harassment.
