ARRESTS

FRIDAY, NOV. 15

• Glenn Ray Carter, 58 of Henagar, was charged with three counts of failure to pay.

• James Randall Hooper, Jr., 40 of Woodville, was charged with burglary third degree, theft of property third degree, contempt of court, three counts of failure to appear and two counts of failure to pay.

• Bradley Ray Hutchins, 33 of Hollywood, was arrested with three counts of probation revocation.

• Aaron Michael Lawson, 29 of Woodville, was arrested on probation revocation.

• Shelia Faye Little, 54 of Stevenson, was charged with assault second degree, criminal trespassing third degree and possession of a controlled substance.

• Timothy Jackson Little, 53 of Stevenson, was charged with assault second degree, criminal trespassing third degree, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

• Roger Joseph Dale Lynch, 25 of Scottsboro, was arrested on probation revocation and charged with possession of marijuana second degree, resisting arrest and attempted escape third degree.

• Jeffery D. Ray, 58 of Stevenson, was arrested on probation revocation.

 

SATURDAY, NOV. 16

• Hallie Ann Bumgardner, 40 of Dutton, was charged with public intoxication.

•Allan Christopher Jones, 35 of Section, was charged with domestic violence third degree (harassment).

• Damien Neil Knight, 30 of Fackler, was charged with domestic violence third degree (assault).

• Donald Neil Knight, 59 of Fackler, was charged with domestic violence third degree (assault).

• Lonnie Brandon Knight, 36 of Fackler, was charged with domestic violence third degree (assault).

• Andrew Wade Mikail Lambert, 23 of Pisgah, was arrested on probation revocation.

• Lisa Marie Russell, 44 of Rocky Face, Georgia, was charged with obstructing justice using a false identity.

• Ashlie Lanea Chesser, 36 of Stevenson, was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals.

• Billy Joe Chesser, 40 of Stevenson, was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals.

• Tommy Dwayne Hammonds, 34 of Scottsboro, was arrested on bond revocation.

• Ryan Keith Holt, 36 of Florence, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Bobby Wayne Horne, 43 of Bridgeport, was arrested on probation revocation.

• At 10:13 a.m., a report of theft fourth degree at the 200 Block of Ida Moody Road.

• At 3:40 p.m., a report of possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication at the 200 Block of Lee Street.

• At 8:30 p.m., a report of domestic violence third degree and interfering with a domestic violence call at the 1300 Block of Broad Street.  

 

SATURDAY, NOV. 16

• At 3:31 p.m., a report of attempting to elude and reckless endangerment at the 1200 Block of Porter Road.

 

SUNDAY, NOV. 17

• At 3:00 a.m., a report of criminal mischief first degree at the 10000 Block of Highway 79.

• At 7:08 a.m., a report of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at the 300 Block of Woods Cove Road.

• At 7:36 a.m., a report of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at the 1200 Block of Veterans Drive.

• At 9:10 p.m., a report of possession of a controlled substance, using fake identification and possession of drug paraphernalia at the 200 Block of Parks Avenue.

• Kately Elizabeth Parson, 26 of Woodville, was charged with failure to appear.

• Bobby Junior Pruitt, 31 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

•Dusty Dewayne Waldrop, 31 of Scottsboro, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

•Allan Christopher Jones, 35 of Section, was charged with domestic violence third degree and interfering with a domestic violence call.

 

SATURDAY, NOV. 16

• Phillip Ray Beavers, 32 of Pisgah, was charged with failure to appear.

• Michael Andrew Douglas, 25 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Brandon Clinton Londreth, 31 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Jason Bearden, 37 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a serve sanction.

• Donn Steven Dunn, 48 of Stevenson was arrested on a judge’s order.

 

SUNDAY, NOV. 17

•Jonathan Satterthwaite, 27 of Scottsboro, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and public intoxication.

• Joshua Todd Kirkland, 37 of Florence, was arrested on a bench warrant.

• Bridget Michael Pierce, 38 of Lafayette, Georgia, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.

• Ryan Keith Holt, 36 of Florence, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nathan Ireland Campbell, 41 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Lindsey Breanne King, 26 of Henagar, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Crystal Lucille Clements, 38 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.
