FRIDAY, JUNE 14

• Joseph Brinson Buffington, 26 of Fort Payne, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• David Randall Holder, 34 of Bridgeport, was charged with theft of property first degree and criminal trespassing second degree.

• Mark Alan Byers, 51 of Henagar, was charged with kidnapping first degree, burglary first degree and assault second degree.

• John Robert Carden, 30 of Fackler, was arrested on a judge’s order.

• Brandi Davis, 39 of New Hope, was arrested on two counts of bond forfeiture and charged with four counts of failure to appear.

• Frank M. Fuhrmon, 37 of Hollywood, was charged with domestic violence third degree reckless endangerment.

• James Donald Hart, 52 of Flat Rock, was ordered to serve 10 days in the county jail.

• Hunter Haswell, 19 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of alcoholic beverages.

• James Randall Hooper, 40 of Limrock, was charged with failure to appear and theft third degree.

• Benjamin John Oneal, 38 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Hershell Wayne Raines, 35 of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, was arrested on a judge’s order.

• Gregory Alan Roberts, 48 of Dutton, was arrested on two counts of bond forfeiture and two counts of bond removal and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of failure to appear, criminal trespassing third degree, harassing communications and violation of protection order.

• Angela Marie Stolz, 32 of Huntsville, was returned to county jail from another agency.

• Anthony Dupree Yarbrough, 36 of Athens, was charged with possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Ezzard James Cheatom Jr., 48 of Scottsboro, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and certain persons forbidden to possess pistol.

• Andrew Lee Ewan, 42 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Mariana Leigh Gravitt, 18 of Rosalie, was charged with fleeing to elude.

• Candy Anne Gray, 36 of Pisgah, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• Matthew Scott Johnston, 33 of Grant, was charged with failure to pay.

• Andrew Kinser, 43 of Flat Rock, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• James Ropier, 25 of Trenton, Georgia, was charged with domestic violence third degree criminal mischief.

• David Wayne Wilson, 56 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with three counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Brittany Brewer, 28 of Bridgeport, was charged with five counts of failure to appear.

• Jerry Clayton Grider, 43 of Fort Payne, was charged with kidnapping first degree, burglary first degree and assault second degree.

• Jordan Reed Hinkle, 28 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Courtney Brooke Holder, 27 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

• Elijah Cole Stiles, 18 of Pisgah, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Manuel Dwand Whited, 39 of Bryant, was charged with domestic violence third degree criminal mischief, domestic violence third degree harassment and resisting arrest.

• Devyn Ryan Willmon, 25, was charged with two counts of failure to appear, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana second degree and resisting arrest.

• Calvin James Ray Young, 19 of Pisgah, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• At 12:33 p.m., a report of resisting arrest and criminal trespassing third degree in the 500 block of Willow Street.

• At 12:56 p.m., a report of burglary third degree and theft third degree in the 1,100 block of Crawford Road.

• At 1:24 p.m., a report of burglary third degree, theft third degree and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card in the 100 block of Hancock Road.

• At 5:30 p.m., a report of attempting to elude in the 200 block of Hembree Street.

• Andrew Lee Ewan, 42 of Scottsboro, was charged with fleeing to elude.

• Jared Beason, 24 of Albertville, was arrested on a judge’s order.
