• Connis James Duncan III, 42 of Hollywood, was charged with assault second degree.

• Tommy Dwayne Hammonds, 33 of Scottsboro, was charged with two counts of failure to pay.

• Dale Lamonica Little, 49 of Stevenson, was arrested on a bond revocation.

• Donnie DeWayne Sharpton, 42 of Higdon, was charged with burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree.

• Dustin Nathaniel Beavers, 21 of Pisgah, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with three counts of failure to pay.

• John David Campbell, 38 of Flat Rock, was arrested on three counts of probation revocation and charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Sierra Shianne Dake, 29 of Grant, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of a child in need of supervision.

• Andrew B. Kinser, 43 of Flat Rock, was charged with domestic violence third degree harassment.

• Billie Jo Mason, 45 of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, was charged with failure to appear.

• Melinda Darlene Pell, 33 of Flat Rock, was charged with failure to appear.

THURSDAY, MAY 2

• Michael Holt, 48 of Bridgeport, was charged with three counts of failure to appear.

• Jack Camariotes III, 38 of Huntsville, was charged with theft third degree.

• Mason Kale Florence, 26 of Scottsboro, was arrested on three counts of probation revocation.

• Kristopher Horzempa, 36 of New Market, was arrested on a bond forfeiture and bond revocation and charged with failure to appear.

• Twyla Putman, 32 of Langston, was charged with criminal trespassing third degree.

• Mark Anthony Vanek, 52 of Scottsboro, was charged with theft third degree.

• John Terry Westmoreland, 58 of Scottsboro, was arrested on two counts of bond revocation and probation revocation.

• Robert Glenn Williams, 57 of Langston, was charged with failure to appear.

• At 5 p.m., a report of illegal possession of prescription drugs and theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 500 block of Willow Street.

• At 7:16 p.m., a report of two counts of domestic violence third degree on Highway 35.

• At 7:42 p.m., a report of theft first degree on Shady Lane.

• At 11:06 p.m., a report of criminal mischief third degree and criminal trespassing second degree in the 300 block of Bingham Street.

• At 11:59 p.m., a report of domestic violence third degree on Highway 35.

• Sierra Shianne Dake, 29 of Grant, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of a child in need of supervision.

• Michael Bailey, 45 of Scottsboro, was charged with public intoxication.

• Shawna Michelle Barrier, 31 of Lynchburg, Tennessee, was charged with illegal possession of prescription drugs and theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• William Gilbert, 25 of Boaz, was charge with public intoxication.

• Andrew Brawner Kinser, 41 of Flat Rock, was charged with public intoxication.

• Mark Anthony Vanek, 52 of Scottsboro, was charged with theft third degree.

• Wilson Cothron Jr., 53 of Hollywood, was charged with public intoxication.

• Jack Camariotes III, 38 of Huntsville, was charged with theft third degree.

• James Randall Hooper, 41 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Joey Levi Johnson, 27 of Geraldine, was charged with failure to appear.

• Scottie Lee Knight, 52 of Scottsboro, was charged with theft fourth degree.
