• Reports of two domestic issues and a harassment on County Road 96 in Stevenson.  

ARRESTS

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 19

• James Leon Akin Jr., 47 of Bridgeport, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication and tampering with physical evidence.

• Nicholas Glenn Bell, 39 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to pay, non-payment of child support, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

• Stacy Hart, 47 of Gadsden, was charged with first degree theft, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, attempt to elude, felony possession of a firearm and possession of brass knuckles.

• Belinda Hodge, 47 of Crossville, was charged with harassment.

• Vaughn Andrew Hodges, 44 of Scottsboro, was charged with second degree assault.

• Michael Laefayette Robinson, 36 of Huntsville, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Matraca Gwen Rucker, 24 of New Hope, was charged with three counts of probation revocation.

• Nichalos Smith, 33 of Higdon, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of a firearm, possession of brass knuckles.

• Sabrina Marie Smith, 41 of Huntsville, was charged with two counts of bond revocation.

• Devin Michael Venable, 26 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Melissa Vernier, 40 of Scottsboro, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second degree possession of marijuana and illegal possession of prescription drugs.

• Dale Williams, 55 of Higdon, was charged with first degree receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, driving with a revoked license and illegal possession of prescription drugs.

• Dustin Blake Wilson, 27 of Bridgeport, was charged with probation revocation, failure to pay and failure to appear.

THURSDAY, FEB. 20

• Randi Chantel Dean, 34 of Section, was charged with three counts of probation revocation.

• Olinger A. Becerra Flores, 35 of Scottsboro, was charged with third degree domestic violence – harassment.

• Bridget Christina Lawhorne, 25 of Stevenson, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of illegal possession of prescription drugs, possession of brass knuckles and slingshots.

• Rona Melissa McCarter, 43 of Bridgeport, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of illegal possession of prescription drugs and possession of brass knuckles.

• Christopher James Mershon, 48 of Stevenson, was charged with four counts of failure to pay.

• Zach Canimer Gant Tidwell, 32 of Stevenson, was charged with probation revocation.

• At 9:08 a.m., a report of utility diversion/tampering at the 1100 Block of County Road 17.

• At 10 a.m., a report of third degree domestic violence at the 1200 Block of Robinson Street.

• At 12:57 p.m., a report of first degree theft at the 24000 Block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 4:19 p.m., a report of second degree assault at the 700 Block of Perry Street.

THURSDAY, FEB. 20

• At 8:13 a.m. a report of third degree domestic violence- harassment at the 100 Block of Rita Williams Drive.

• At 2:28 p.m., a report of third degree domestic violence- harassment at the 200 Block of East Maple Street.

• At 5:25 p.m., a report of fourth degree theft – shoplifting at the 1500 Block of East Willow Street.

ARRESTS

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 19

• Labrawn Demetrious Ivy, 41 of Huntsville, was charged with failure to appear.

• Derek Edward Pete, 24 of Woodville, was charged with failure to appear.   

• Bertha Ann Billingsley, 42 of Scottsboro, was charged with third degree domestic violence – harassment.  

• Vaughn Andrew Hodges, 44 of Scottsboro, was charged with second degree assault.

• Randa Faye Allison, 25 of Stevenson, was charged with failure to appear.

THURSDAY, FEB. 20

• George Levi Lusk, 81 of Scottsboro, was charged with sexual misconduct.

• Larry James Dempsey, 73 of Scottsboro, was charged with fourth degree theft.

• Roger Dale Bingham, 52 of Woodville, was arrested on judge’s order.

FRIDAY, FEB. 21

• Justin M. McGaha, 28 of Albertville, was arrested on judge’s order.
