• Thomas Dalton Couch, 24 of Dutton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second degree.

• Rodney Lee Ferguson, 24 of Bryant, was charged with failure to appear.

• Randall A. Frazier, 61 of Dutton, was charged with two counts of failure to pay.

• Randall Odell Ginn, 32 of Henagar, was charged with loitering, fleeing to elude and resisting arrest.

• Annette Harrison, 49 of Langston, was arrested on four counts of bond removal and bond revocation and charged with loitering.

• Lacy Shea Holland, 29 of Sylvania, was charged with loitering.

• Belinda Eloise McClain, 55 of Dutton, was charged with theft of property third degree, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Amy L. Owens, 49 of Scottsboro, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Damon Eric Rudolph, 22 of Pisgah, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• William Wayne Smith, 51 of Dutton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Timothy Matthew Dibble, 43 of Pisgah, was charged with domestic violence third degree assault.

• Stacy Kelley, 46 of Scottsboro, was charged with two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Christopher Blake Medlock, 35 of Dutton, was charged with domestic violence by strangulation.

• Gage Lamar Roberts, 25 of Rosalie, was charged with public intoxication.

• Annette C. Harrison, 49 of Langston, was arrested on five counts of bond revocation.

• Felisha Green, 29 of Bridgeport, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Andrew Lee Ewan, 42, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Rebecca Karen Marion, 38 of Bryant, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation and charged with leaving the scene of an accident and chemical endangerment of a child.

• Brittany Thomas Mitchell, 29 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Patricia Thompson, 54 of Section, was charged with two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Christopher Anthony Jones, 59 of Dutton, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation.

• Isaiah Deshon Carter, 25 of Scottsboro, was charged with unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle, theft of property third degree and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.

• Gage Lamar Roberts, 25 of Pisgah, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Denise Michelle Brown, 45 of Rainsville, was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and promoting prison contraband third degree.

• Mike Douglas Carson, 51 of Dutton, was charged with failure to appear.

• Justin Robert Cherkoian, 26 of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, was charged with two counts of violation of a release order.

• Oscar Frank Cobb Jr., 49 of Henagar, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Crystal Johnson Kennedy, 59 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of illegal possession of prescription drugs.

• Tony Ray Sargent Sr., 51 of Henagar, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with failure to pay.

• James Sims, 62 of Hollywood, was charged with obstructing justice and failure to pay.

• Jarrett Landon Smith, 36 of Bryant, was arrested on four counts of bond forfeiture and charged with four counts of failure to appear.

• Nelson Lee Tidwell, 45 of Woodville, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with failure to appear.

• At 3:16 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 24,000 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 3:49 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree in the 900 block of South Broad Street.

THURSDAY, AUG. 1

• At 11:30 a.m., a report of identity theft in the 4,000 block of Bob Jones Road.

• At 12:59 p.m., a report of assault second degree in the 200 block of Elm Street.

• At 2 p.m., a report of criminal trespassing third degree in the 100 block of County Road 101.

• At 3:29 p.m., a report of burglary third degree in the 3,000 block of Edmonds Drive.

• Richard Leon Bush Jr., 29 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a receiving stolen property fourth degree warrant.

• Kameisha Shaunte Poe, 26 of Scottsboro, was charged with receiving stolen property fourth degree.

• Samuel Clay Richey, 34 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• George Gregory Dunn, 36 of Rainsville, was charged with tampering with evidence and illegal possession of prescription drugs.

• Allan Christopher Jones, 35 of Section, was arrested on a domestic violence assault warrant.

• Hailey Holloway Walters, 42 of Stevenson, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Christopher Lynn Johnson Jr., 40 of Horton, was charged with drug trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and certain persons forbidden to possess pistol.
