ARRESTS

MONDAY, AUG. 5

• Kenneth Eric Kilgore, 59 of Bridgeport, was arrested on a judge’s order.

• Tony Orlando Appleton, 48 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a bond revocation.

• Tanner Baker, 18 of Section, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence third degree harassment.

• Michael Paul Burke, 37 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of marijuana first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

• Grayson Kent Gross, 40 of Fackler, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation and charged with failure to appear.

• Dustin Taylor Johnson, 27 of Langston, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with failure to pay.

• Cody Mitchell McAllister, 30 of Flat Rock, was charged with escape third degree, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of brass knuckles, failure to wear a seat belt, failure to display license and failure to display insurance.

• Katrina Mashburn, 28 of Scottsboro, was charged with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second degree.

• David Pannell, 47 of Langston, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Lonnie DeWayne Prince, 56 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a judge’s order.

TUESDAY, AUG. 6

• Cody Mitchell McAllister, 30 of Flat Rock, was charged with receiving stolen property third degree, possession of burglar tools and three counts of theft first degree.

• Erica Layne Hicks, 29 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Ariel Cheyanne Miller, 21 of Dutton, was charged with harassment.

• Darrel DeWayne Samples, 33 of Section, was charged with attempted assault first degree, attempt to elude and criminal mischief first degree.

• Elijah Cole Stiles, 18 of Pisgah, was arrested on a bond revocation.

• Rickie Lee Young, 36 of Bryant, was charged with harassing communications.

• At 11:59 a.m., a report of assault third degree in the 200 block of Lynn Street.

• At 1 p.m., a report of theft third degree in the 4,000 block of South Broad Street.

• At 1:42 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 24,000 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 7:44 p.m., a report of domestic violence third degree in the 500 block of Appleton Street.

• At 7:57 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree in the 600 block of Clemons Road.

• At 10:15 p.m., a report of menacing in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

• David Lamar Pannell, 47 of Langston, was charged with failure to appear.

• Caleb Scott Heaxt, 26 of Albertville, was charged with domestic violence third degree.
