ARRESTS

FRIDAY, JULY 19

• Judson Brindley Casey, 54 of Pisgah, was charged with three counts of sex offender notification act violation.

• Alexis Morgan Gifford, 24 of Section, was arrested on grand jury indictments for possession of marijuana first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Joshua Clay Thompson, 39 of Hollywood, was charged with criminal mischief third degree.

• Chris Anthony Jones, 59 of Dutton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Amanda Renea Kelly, 36 of Stevenson, was arrested on a bond revocation and probation revocation.

• Austin Tyler Lemoine, 24 of Stevenson, was arrested on a judge’s order.

• Walter Shaun Stanfield, 39 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Thomas Glenn Townson, 21 of Scottsboro, was charged with burglary second degree, illegal possession of a credit/debit card and theft third degree.

• Denise Hurley Southerland, 42 of Collinsville, was held in Jackson County Jail for U.S.  Marshals.

• Heather Nicole White, 43 of Dutton, was arrested on a department of corrections warrant and charged with four counts of illegal possession of prescription drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

• Kristen Lee Willmon, 45 of Woodville, was arrested on a probation revocation.

SATURDAY, JULY 20

• Brian Zane Miller, 20 of Scottsboro, was arrested on two counts of bond removal.

• Rebecca Lynn Avans, 29 of Bridgeport, was charged with theft of property third degree and obstructing governmental operations.

• Christopher James Mershon, 48 of Stevenson, was arrested on a bond revocation and charged with three counts of failure to pay.

SUNDAY, JULY 21

• Angela Austin, 31 of Elkmont, was charged with failure to appear.

• Patsy Lynette Dodd, 55 of Dutton, was charged with failure to pay.

• James Harlon Loudermilk, 38 of Grant, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of prescription drugs and two counts of failure to appear.

• Troy Michael Spitzer, 26 of Stevenson, was charged with failure to pay.

• At 10:59 a.m., a report of theft third degree in the 6,000 block of Highway 79.

• At 12:42 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree in the 1,500 block of East Willow Street.

• At 1:01 p.m., a report of identity theft in the 600 block of Forest Avenue.

• At 2:02 p.m., a report of burglary third degree in the 19,000 block of Highway 35.

• At 3:28 p.m., a report of public intoxication in the 1,500 block of East Willow Street.

• At 5:13 p.m., a report of DUI, carrying a pistol without a permit and violation of open container law in the 3,500 block of South Broad Street.

• At 11:23 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 700 block of East Willow Street.

• At 4:54 p.m. , a report of unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle, theft third degree and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card in the 800 block of South Houston Street.

• At 5:33 a.m., a report of DUI in the 200 block of Lonnie Crawford Boulevard.

• At 12:40 p.m., a report of possession of a controlled substance in the 300 block of Hembree Street.

• At 10:35 p.m., a report of violation of protection order in the 2,300 block of County Park Road.

• Gwendalyn Erickson, 64 of Fort Payne, was charged with theft fourth degree.

• Thomas Glenn Townson, 21 of Scottsboro, was charged with burglary second degree, illegal possession of a credit/debit card and theft third degree.

• Christopher Steele, 25 of Dutton, was charged with public intoxication.

• Shameka Yenice Fennell, 34 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a violation of a court order warrant.

• Charles Raymond Bradford, 69 of Scottsboro, was charged with DUI, carrying a pistol without a permit and violation of open container law.
