ARRESTS

TUESDAY, OCT. 13

• Angela Kyser, 42 of Hollywood, was charged with theft fourth degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jason H. Raulston, 45 of Bridgeport, was charged with domestic violence third degree criminal mischief.

• Ashley Meshelle Austin, 28 of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was charged with being a fugitive from justice.

• David Michael Coker, 36 of Flat Rock, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Jason Michael Ferguson, 45 of Scottsboro, was charged with manslaughter and possession of marijuana second degree.

• Jason Brandon Phillips, 42 of Hartselle, was arrested on a probation revocation.

 

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 14

• Willie Fennell, 28 of Scottsboro, was charged with domestic violence third degree.

• Amanda Ruth Wilson, 28 of Holt, Michigan, was charged with 18 counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Tasha Marie Thompson, 40 of Woodville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Peggy Elaine Smith, 45 of Stevenson, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation and charged with two counts of failure to pay and two counts of failure to appear.

• Timothy Brandon Lee Richards, 37 of Pisgah, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Veronica King, 32 of Langston, was arrested on a bond revocation.

• Paul Dawson, 39 of Stevenson, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of prescription drugs and five counts of failure to pay.

• Lauren Brown, 35 of Fort Payne, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering in a drug house.

• Tyris Branford, 28 of Scottsboro, was returned to county jail from rehab.

THURSDAY, OCT. 15

• Jared Clay Wheeler, 27 of Hollywood, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• James Dawson, 26 of Bryant, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• At 2 a.m., a report of possession of marijuana second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in the 100 block of Warn Street.

THURSDAY, OCT. 15

• At 5:05 a.m., a report of domestic violence third degree and interference with a domestic violence emergency call in the 900 block of Willow Street.

• At 3:03 p.m., a report of theft second degree in the 400 block of Ed Hembree Drive.

• At 7 p.m., a report of harassment in the 400 block of County Road 30.

• Mandy Carrasco, 42 of Scottsboro, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• Zoe Davis, 18 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of marijuana second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Kimbery Michelle McIntire, 31 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Steven Lee Price, 42 of Tennessee, was charged with failure to appear.

• Tasha Marie Thompson, 40 of Woodville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Lauren Ellen Smith, 34 of Shelby, Tennessee, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• Alan Glen Posey, 35 of Scottsboro, was charged with four counts of failure to appear.

• Jason Lebron Scott, 41 of Section, was charged with violation of a court order.

• Ronnie James Hicklen, 37 of Tennessee, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Dorothy Austin, 38 of New Hope, was charged with failure to appear.

• Benjamin Tyler Austin, 32 of New Hope, was charged with failure to appear.

• Jeffery Hensley, 34 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Lucas Boyd Baldwin, 29 of Section, was arrested on a theft of property fourth degree warrant.

• Tylynn Leigh Wright, 28 of Scottsboro, was ordered to serve five days in city jail.

• Elizabeth Swinford, 33 of Huntsville, was charged with failure to appear.
