ARRESTS

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 28

• Barry Blake Jr., 50 of Rainsville, was charged with contempt of court.

• Eric Damon Harrison, 45 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a court order.

• Cindy Hawthorne, 43 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Alyssa Danielle Rogers, 32 of Muscle Shoals, was charged with DUI and reckless endangerment.

• Jonathan Bryant Satterthwaite, 27 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a court order.

• Jacqueline Mabel Ventura, 22 of Stevenson, was charged with assault second degree.

• Constance L. Walters, 32 of Stevenson, was charged with failure to appear and failure to pay.

 

THURSDAY, AUG. 29

• Dustin Howard Posey, 37 of Scottsboro, was charged with theft by fraudulent leasing.

• Jennifer Brownfield, 41 of Fort Payne, was returned to county jail from rehab.

• Donald Blake Corbin, 22 of Scottsboro, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation and charged with failure to pay.

• Angela Garcia, 38 of Dutton, was held in county jail for Birmingham Police Department.

• Dashawn Jones, 21 of Alanta, Georgia, was charged with theft of lost property fourth degree.

• Tracey DeWayne McLemore, 46 of Jasper, Tennessee, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Cody Southeard, 35 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a judge’s order.

• Leon Thomas Campbell, 29 of Hollywood, was charged with fleeing to elude and criminal mischief third degree.

• At 1:17 p.m., a report of utility diversion/tampering in the 1,800 block of East Willow Street.

 

THURSDAY, AUG. 29

• At 10:40 a.m., a report of duty to stop and remain at scene in the 1,700 block of Willow Street.

• At 7:46 p.m., a report of unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft third degree in the 3,600 block of Highway 35.

• At 8:14 p.m., a report of theft first degree on Moody Ridge Road.

• At 10 p.m., a report of assault second degree in the 900 block of Broad Street.

 

FRIDAY, AUG. 30

• At 3:54 a.m., a report of fugitive from justice in the 15,000 block of Highway 79.

• Robert Matherly Jr., 36 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Dorothy Stewart, 37 of New Hope, was charged with failure to appear.

• James Darrel Hedgecoth, 22 of Fort Payne, was charged with failure to appear.

• Bobby Lee Price, 42 of Boaz, was ordered to serve 48 hours in city jail.

FRIDAY, AUG. 30

• Marlin Fred Turner, 38 of Stevenson, was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
