• Amber Lynn Stafford, 22 of Scottsboro, was charged with illegal possession credit/debit card and theft fourth degree.

• Marlene Waldrop Batey, of Stevenson, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second degree, two counts of illegal possession of prescription drugs and possession with intent to distribute.

• Herman Carter Jr., 42 of Morris, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with failure to appear and contempt of court.

• Harold Junior Derrick, 46 of Gurley, was charged with four counts of possession of a controlled substance.

• Richard Shane Hayes, 51 of Dutton, was arrested on a department of corrections warrant.

• Gregory Allen Jarrett, 24 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a bond revocation.

• Christopher Eric Steeley, 34 of Hollywood, was arrested on a bond revocation.

• Kelton Duran Parker, 56 of Scottsboro, was charged with fleeing to elude and reckless endangerment.

THURSDAY, AUG. 8

• Austin Blake Boman, 23 of Sylvania, was charged with theft fourth degree.

• Danial Eric Baker, 35 of Trenton, was charged with fleeing to elude and obstruction.

• Timothy Michael Clemons, 59 of New Hope, was charged with criminal trespassing third degree.

• Phillip Mathew Davis, 41 of Waynesboro, Mississippi, was charged with disorderly conduct.

• Lamar Douglas Guess, 49 of Stevenson, was charged with domestic violence third degree criminal mischief.

• Edwin Adam Hamilton, 40 of Section, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation and charged with three counts of failure to pay and escape third degree.

• Tyson James Henshaw, 29 of Section, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• David Randall Hooper, 52 of Bridgeport, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Shankeyla Hutchins, 26, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with two counts of failure to appear, two counts of failure to pay, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana second degree and reckless endangerment of a child.

• Destiny McDonald, 20 of Bryant, was charged with 12 counts of illegal possession of a credit/debit card and theft fourth degree.

• Audi Elize Murphy, 59 of Pisgah, was charged with two counts of failure to pay.

• Donna Faye Edgar Partin, 51 of Pisgah, was charged with domestic violence third degree reckless endangerment, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Marcus Oneil Price, 26 of Stevenson, was charged with failure to appear.

• Donna Clay Traylor, 51 of Grant, was charged with criminal trespassing third degree.

• William Lee Walker, 37 of Stevenson, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• At 11:18 a.m., a report of theft fourth degree in the 2,300 block of South Broad Street.

• At 2:37 p.m., a report of theft first degree in the 300 block of Woodall Lane.

• At 3:18 p.m., a report of three counts of possession of a controlled substance and four counts of forgery fourth degree in the 100 block of Parks Avenue.

• At 4:18 p.m., a report of domestic violence third degree in the 900 block of South Houston Street.

• At 5:10 p.m., a report of promoting prison contraband third degree in the 900 block of South Broad Street.

• At 5:30 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree in the 24,000 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• Johnathan Brett McGatha, 19 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a tampering with government records warrant.

• Kellous Edward Deaton, 74 of Scottsboro, was charged with criminal littering.

• Marlon Keith Osborne, 43 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Bobby Lynn Hartley, 38 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Jordan Franks, 23 of Scottsboro, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).
