WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5

• Omar Brown, 19 of Stevenson, was charged with possession of a forged instrument third degree.

• Brandon Daryl Cooper, 25 of Bridgeport, was arrested on a court order.

• Lisa Jo Cupp, 40 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Cameron Bailey Guffey, 20 of Henagar, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Courtney Higgs, 21 of Delray, Florida, was charged with four counts of unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and four counts of theft of property third degree.

• Christy Shumake Highfield, 28 of Trenton, Georgia, was charged with public intoxication.

• Charles Randall Hutcheson, 57 of Flat Rock, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Vanessa Hutcheson, 54 of Ringgold, Georgia, was charged with failure to pay, possession of marijuana second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

• James Justice, 26 of Valley Head, was arrested on a court order.

• Marcus Hank McElrath, 25 of Section, was charged with failure.

• William Keith Smothers, 52 of Scottsboro, was arrested on two counts of bond forfeiture and two counts of failure to appear.

• Jimmy Lynn Terry, 30 of Bridgeport, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with failure to pay.

THURSDAY, JUNE 6

• David Cory Tipton, 40 of South Pittsburg, Tennessee was charged with violation of protection order.

• Demetri Louise Moore, 40 of Scottsboro, was charged with two counts of violation of release order.

• Amanda Lynn Carr, 44 of Scottsboro, was charged with domestic violence third degree harassment, illegal possession of prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Eric Anthony Inman, 37 of Flat Rock, was charged with burglary second degree and theft fourth degree.

• Robert Edwin Matthews, 50 of Fackler, was charged with public intoxication.

• James Burns Pace III, 50 of Scottsboro, was charged with domestic violence harassment, illegal possession of prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Dustin Wade Smith, 21 of Geraldine, was charged with theft of property first degree.

• Joshua Isaac Snodgrass, 28 of Woodville, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• William Joel Soard, 57 of Bridgeport, was arrested on two counts of bond forfeiture and charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Donald Washington, 40 of Huntsville, was charged with possession of a forged instrument third degree and attempting to elude.

• At 2:40 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 500 block of Willow Street.

• At 7:59 p.m., a report of DUI and possession of marijuana second degree in the 100 block of Jeffery Drive.

• At 8:09 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 24,000 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

THURSDAY, JUNE 6

• At 7:07 a.m., a report of public intoxication in the 500 block of West Willow Street.

• At 2:31 p.m., a report of possession of a forged instrument third degree and attempt to elude in the 24,000 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 8:57 p.m., a report of theft of services fourth degree in the 22,900 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 11:22 p.m., a report of domestic violence third degree menacing on McIntosh Street.

• Trenton Lane Mason, 22 of Woodville, was charged with DUI.

• Wilson Cothron Jr., 52 of Hollywood, was charged with DUI.

MONDAY, JUNE 3

• Lindsy Harris, 28 of Decatur, was charged with DUI, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute and illegal possession of prescription drugs.

• Ashlie Nicole Parsons, 25 of Hollywood, was charged with failure to appear.

• Frank Calhoun, 63 of Scottsboro, was charged with DUI and violation of open container law.

• Jevon Matthew Place, 35 of Huntsville, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant.

• Bradley Hancock, 50 of Scottsboro, was charged with public intoxication.

TUESDAY, JUNE 4

• Lonnie DeWayne Prince, 56 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of marijuana second degree, receiving stolen property fourth degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Alvin DeWayne Paschal, 36 of Dutton, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Johnathan Ray Gore, 40 of Rainsville, was charged with failure to appear.

• Leah Gilliam, 33 of Woodville, was charged with theft fourth degree.

• Benjamin John Oneal, 37 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespassing third degree, failure to appear and resisting arrest.

• Heather Lawhead, 48 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear, violation of protection order and public intoxication.

• Johnathan Quinn Baker, 19 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of marijuana second degree, criminal trespassing third degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
