• Floyd Bradley Bryant, 49 of Dutton, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation.

• Anthony Nathaniel Durham, 38 of Dutton, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Alva Marquis Bishop, 44 of New Market, was returned to county jail for court.

• Joseph Gray Sr., 40 of Section, was arrested on a bond revocation.

• Chadwick Demar Provens, 27 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and failure to pay.

• George Lee Thompson, 52 of Woodville, was returned to county jail for court.

• Ariel Meagan Brooke Treece, 27 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• John Terry Westmoreland, 59 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a probation revocation.

TUESDAY, OCT. 29

• Candy Anne Gray, 36 of Section, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Nancy Bunch Glenn, 56 of Section, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Ray Charles Hatley, 29 of Scottsboro, was charged with four counts of violation of release order.

• Arlen Lynn Hughes, 54 of Woodville, was charged with fleeing to elude.

• Karl Houston Keeton, 18 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Michael Charles Pittman, 47 of Dutton, was arrested on two counts of motion to revoke house arrest and charged with failure to pay, obstructing justice by giving false name, reckless endangerment and fleeing to elude.

• William Jeffery Spears, 44 of Bryant, was arrested on four counts of bond removal and charged with domestic violence third degree harassment and domestic violence third degree menacing.

• At 1:23 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 500 block of Willow Street.

• At 2:45 p.m., a report of burglary third degree and theft fourth degree on Highway 79.

• At 6:35 p.m., a report of theft fourth degree (shoplifting) in the 24000 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 1:37 a.m., a report of possession of a forged instrument first degree in the 200 block of Longhollow Road.

• Chadwick Demar Provens, 26 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Olice Allison Holcomb, 58 of Scottsboro, was ordered to serve five days in city jail.

• Joshua Anderson, 38 of Scottsboro, was ordered to serve five days in city jail.

• Clinton Ray Culpepper, 48 of Section, was charged with failure to appear.

• Caitlin Matthews, 21 of Hollywood, was charged with failure to appear.

• Kailin Allison, 25 of Bridgeport, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• Isaiah Deshon Carter, 25 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Chad William Pomnitz, 49 of Huntsville, was charged with failure to appear.

• Marquis Rashad Ryan, 27 of Bessemer, was charged with failure to appear.

• Steven Lee Smith, 39 of Dutton, was charged with failure to appear.
