FRIDAY, NOV. 5

• Eric Sawyer Clark, 22 of Trenton, Georgia, was charged with giving false identification to obstruct justice, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Destiny Dawn Dawson, 21 of Pisgah, was charged with giving false identification to obstruct justice and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• April Ilene Denson, 37 of Pisgah, was arrested on a bond revocation.

• Kammie Leann Glass, 22 of Fyffe, was ordered to serve five days in county jail on a drug court sanction.

• Devyn Wilmon, 27 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with failure to appear.

 

SATURDAY, NOV. 6

• Rachel Johnson Hammonds, 39 of Florence, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• David Hunter, 23, was charged with receiving stolen property first degree, attempt to elude, DUI, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana second degree and violent felon in possession of a pistol.

• Tori Southerland, 37 of Arab, was charged with two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Christian Stallings, 24 of Pisgah, was charged with public intoxication.

SUNDAY, NOV. 7

• Dwayne Lynn Davis, 29 of Crossville, Tennessee, was charged with DUI, domestic violence menacing and domestic violence harassment.

• Marlee Kesler, 25 of Scottsboro, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Joshua Brandon Olinger, 19 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a probation revocation.

MONDAY, NOV. 8

• Jared Allison, 24 of Flat Rock, was arrested on a probation revocation and charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Geoffrey Gile Booth Sr., 49 of Guntersville, was arrested on a judge’s order.

• Darrall Elwin Parker, 52 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to pay.

• Ruby J. Shrader, 37 of Paint Rock, was charged with domestic violence menacing.

• Sydney Brooke Stephens, 23, was charged with fleeing to elude, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, switched tag, no insurance, no driver license and reckless driving.

• John David Sycks, 24 of Sylvania, was charged with possession of a forged instrument second degree, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Thomas A. Waldron, 54 of Paint Rock, was charged with domestic violence menacing.

• Jason Wallace, 39 of Stevenson, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Matthew Welden, 55 of Dutton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Wesley Claude Young, 51 of Rainsville, was charged with two counts of failure to pay.

• Sampson Wesley Smith, 44 of Grant, was charged with DUI.

• Matthew McKechnie, 31 of Gurley, was charged with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Holly Warren, 38 of Hollywood, was charged with theft fourth degree (shoplifting).

• Carl Woodrow Browder, 59 of Scottsboro, was charged with theft of property fourth degree.

MONDAY, NOV. 8

• Jason Wallace, 39 of Stevenson, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• John David Sycks, 24 of Sylvania, was charged with possession of a forged instrument second degree, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Shaune Cole Smith, 37 of Flat Rock, was held in city jail for court referral.
