MONDAY, FEB. 24

• Michael G. Dynak, 33 of Scottsboro, was charged with two counts of negotiating with a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Maximo C. Fitzhugh, 18 of Lithonia, Georgia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana.

• Cary Lynn Garner, 44 of Stevenson, was charged with two counts of failure to appear and two counts of bond forfeiture.

• Franklin D. Lipham, 78 of Scottsboro, was charged with first degree criminal mischief.

• Donald Dewayne Washington, 40 of Huntsville, was charged with possession of a forged instrument, second degree theft of property, two counts of failure to appear, bond removal and bond forfeiture.

• Ny’riek K. Williams, 19 of Lithonia, Georgia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

TUESDAY, FEB. 25

• Willie Edward Westmoreland, 55 of Pisgah, was charged with resisting arrest and eight counts of failure to appear.

• Melissa M. Hill, 39 of Scottsboro, was charged with five counts of probation revocation.

• Angela Harding, 56 of Scottsboro was charged with two counts of negotiation with a worthless negotiable instrument.

• At 7:09 a.m., a report of third degree criminal mischief and violation of a protection order at the 3000 Block of Hillcrest Drive.

• At 9:48 p.m., a report of fourth degree theft and third degree forgery at the 24000 Block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 4:15 p.m., a report of identity theft at the 400 Block of Ridgewood Drive.

• At 8:16 p.m., a report of fourth degree theft and second degree possession of marijuana at the 24000 Block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 8:28 p.m., a report of third degree domestic violence at the 300 Block of Ponroy Street.

• Ny’riek Khair Williams, 19 of Lithonia, Georgia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Maximo Cedeno Fitzhugh, 18 of Lithonia, Georgia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, second degree receiving stolen property and second degree possession of marijuana.

• Susan Lyn Carlisle, 48 of Cullman, was charged with failure to appear.

• Luke Knight, 23 of Fackler, was charged with failure to appear.

• Promise Nicole Lamb Young, 38of Huntsville, was charged with failure to appear.

• Joshua Isaac Snodgrass, 29 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• James Lee Mashburn, 32 of Scottsboro, was charged with violation of protection order.

• Troy Allen Nerche, 34 of Hollywood, was charged with failure to appear.

• Justin Waynes Lones, 28 of New Market, was charged with failure to appear.

• Matrina Shoree McLean, 32 of Philadelphia, Penn., was charged with fourth degree theft and second degree possession of marijuana.

• Cameron James Abernathy, 20 of Horton, was charged with failure to appear.
