WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 18

• David Wayne Wilson, 56 of Section, was charged with failure to appear.

• Julia Michelle Waters-Brown, 42 of Henagar, was charged with failure to appear and five counts of failure to pay.

• Billy Ryan Chapman, 38 of Scottsboro, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation.

• Connis James Duncan, 42 of Scottsboro, was returned to county jail for court.

• Stuart L. George, 59 of Fyffe, was charged with two counts of illegal possession of prescription drugs, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and promoting prison contraband second degree.

• Gregory James Howard Massey, 27 of Dutton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

• Stephanie Nicole Monk, 20 of Bridgeport, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kara Leann Mullinax, 38 of Hollywood, was charged with theft of property first degree.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 19

• Christopher Boyd Alfaro, 31 of Tuscumbia, was arrested on a probation revocation.

• Jonathan Quinn Baker, 19 of Scottsboro, was charged with criminal mischief third degree.

• Amanda Nicole Adkins, 30 of Scottsboro, was arrested on two counts of probation revocation and charged with three counts of failure to pay.

• Shana Ryan Allison, 41 of Hollywood, was charged with three counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument and failure to appear.

• Lana Denise Centers, 42 of Pisgah, was charged with financial exploitation of an elderly person.

• Kyle Ethan Clark, 27 of Trenton, Georgia, was arrested on two counts probation revocation and charged with three counts of failure to appear.

• Tiffany Nicole Cowart, 25 of Woodville, was charged with domestic violence third degree assault.

• Davida C. Douglas, 45 of Scottsboro, was charged with two counts of failure to appear, failure to pay and negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Jessica Dean Finley, 25 of Stevenson, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Layne Heath Gerbig, 24 of Woodville, was charged with child abuse.

• Kendra Leigh Green, 22 of Grant, was charged with theft third degree.

• Trenda Sue Hyatt, 38 of New Hope, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Isaac Paul Jett, 22 of Arab, was charged with theft third degree.

• Angela McAbee, 35 of Section, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Timothy Lamar Patterson, 46 of Pisgah, was charged with financial exploitation of an elderly person.

• At 7:38 p.m., a report of theft third degree (shoplifting) in the 24,000 block of John T. Reid Parkway.

• At 10:56 p.m., a report of DUI in the 800 block of Ed Hembree Drive.

• John Sanderson, 45 of Scottsboro, was charged with DUI.

• Justin William Nicholson, 39 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Edward Leonard Clawson, 51 of Scottsboro, was charged with failure to appear.

• Jonathan Blake Cooper, 34 of New Hope, was charged with failure to appear.

• Jeffery Hensley, 33 of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
