Scottsboro swimmers recorded solid finishes in the North Alabama High School Swim League Invitational on Saturday.

The meet was Saturday at the Huntsville Aquatic Center.

Scottsboro’s top individual finishes came in the boys division as Levi Webb finished third in the 100-yard Breaststroke (1:05.89) and fourth in the 100-yard Fly (58.88) and John Dalton Sanders finished third (52.46) in the 100-yard Freestyle and fifth in the 50-yard Freestyle race (23.77).

Gabriel Lyle finished 14th (2:17.63) in the 200-yard Freestyle while Armour was 15th in the 100-yard Fly (1:05.21) and the 100-yard Freestyle (57.74). William Porch was 57th (1:09.39)  in the 100-yard Freestyle, Jake Vance was 62nd (1:12.50) and Holder 70th (1:21.47), Richard Orgill 72nd (1:23.71) and William Orgill 73rd (1:23.84).

Jake Benson finished 16th (1:17.19) in the 100-yard Breaststroke while Arlen Parr was 19th (1:17.71) and Joseph Gardner 27th (1:22.87). Parr finished 17th (1:09.23) in the 100-yard Backstroke while Porch was 24th (1:18.01). Lyle was 30th (26.52), Jake Benson 36th (27.10), Gardner 53rd (29.60), Vance 69th (31.52), Holder Benson 78th (34.78), William Orgill 83rd (38.41) and Richard Orgill 84th (39.08).

In the boys relay races, Scottsboro’s 400-yard Freestyle Relay team of Sanders, Parr, Luke Armour and Webb finished fifth (3:46.58) while its 200-yard Medley Relay team of John Dalton Sanders, Levi Webb, Luke Armour and Jake Benson finished eighth (1:55.62). The Scottsboro 200-yard Freestyle Relay team of Parr, Lyle, Jake Benson and Gardner finished ninth (1:50.99)

In the girls division, Paula Nunez had the top individual finishes for the Scottsboro. Nunez finished seventh (6:10.32) in the 500-yard Freestyle and ninth in the 100-yard Backstroke (1:09.13).

Mary Cook was 14th (28.44 seconds) in the 50-yard Freestyle while Shelton McCormack was 57th (31.39), Grayson Gates 60th (31.59), Alice Merek 64th (31.85), Sarah Vance 66th (32.14), Ashton Baker 75th (33.72), Lydia Cook 80th (34.57), Audrey Frye 95th (36.89), Finia Werner 96th (37.10) and Addison Thompson 107th (40.20).

Paige McGehees finished 15th (3:00.23) in the 200-yard Individual Medley and 51st in the 100-yard Freestyle (1:11.68) while Merck was 56th (1:13.36), Amelia Armour 59th (1:14.62), Baker 66th (1:17.59) and Frye 76th (1:21.52),  in that same event.

Gates finished 21st (1:29.97) and Cook 22nd (1:30.45) in the 100-yard Breaststroke while Kimberly Calderon-Diaz was 26th (1:32.35), McCormack 28th (1:34.81), Lydia Cook 31st (1:40.79) and Finia Werner 36th (1:46.91).

Armor finished 26th (1:21.17) in the 100-yard backstroke while Vance was 30th (1:26.53) and Addison Thompson 35th (1:48.33). Calderon-Diaz was 29th (2:44.27) in the 200-yard Freestyle

In relay races, Scottsboro’s 200-yard Medley Relay team of Nunez, Cook, McGehees and Jessica Vincent finished ninth (2:18.06) and it’s 400-yard Freestyle Relay team of Amelia Armor, Nunez, Gates and Merck was ninth (4:53.69). It’s 200-yard Freestyle Relay team of Cook, McGehees, Vincent and McCormack finished 12th (2:02.66).
